Savate French Boxing is 150 years old, its history has been built up by passionate people such as Charles Charlemont, the undefeated champion from 1900 to 1914, Casteres & Mainguet who faced a difficult come back from 1918 to 1940, the Count of Baruzy, counselor in Paris, who did what needed to be done for French Boxing to be back at its level by 1945.
